The new member, Bluelink, combines legal aspects and communication it its activities. In recent years they have dealt with forestry, mining and other environmental issues. According to J&E rules, Bluelink is first an associate member, later it can become a full member of the network.

Via Iuris from Slovakia is primarily an organization of legal expertise dealing with in environmental law but also more broadly with the transparency and accountability of the government. They will contribute to J&E work mostly in areas of environmental rights and environmental impact assessment.
The annual work plan was also discussed at the meeting. As in the previous years, the network addresses the issues of environmental rights, environmental impact assessment, environmental liability, energy networks and the Natura 2000 in 2016. EELC participates in all of these topics, except environmental rights.
